My Methodology

My practice focuses on alignment—helping you understand where your capacity is going, identify what you actually need to feel like your best self, and map out the changes (small or significant) that will bring your life back into sustainable balance.

My work blends:

  • Capacity & Energy Mapping: Using structured assessments and low-risk design experiments to look objectively at your daily landscape and cognitive load.

  • Values & Needs-Based Reflection: A rigorous distillation process to untangle external industry expectations from your core personal drivers.

  • Strategic Career Architecture: Leveraging my background in higher education and institutional recruitment to translate your complex professional background into high-impact market positioning.

This isn’t about uprooting everything overnight or performing a massive overhaul.

It’s about creating a structured, confidential laboratory to think clearly—and a space to steady your pace so you can move forward in ways that honor your real-world energy.

A space to pause, reflect, and reorient—together.

How I show up as a coach

Over years of guiding individuals through major transitions, my clients and colleagues have consistently told me that I am naturally attuned to people—how they communicate, what motivates them, and what drains their capacity. In our sessions, I listen for the underlying patterns, hold the complexity of your non-linear story, and help you connect the dots you already sense but haven’t yet named.

I was raised by a therapist and a scientist, a unique upbringing that permanently shaped how I see the world: with both empathy and curiosity, care and rigor. That dual perspective defines how I coach—blending a sanctuary of deep compassion with a structured laboratory oriented toward clarity and action.

Clients often describe our space together as steady, reflective, and energizing. My goal isn’t to force your pace or demand clarity before you are ready, but to help you feel entirely like yourself again—anchored, clear, and confident in your next decision.
