Rachel Wilson

Founder + Coach

Background & Training

My professional work sits at the intersection of higher education strategy, organizational operations, and career architecture. I currently lead a team in the Carleton College Career Center, managing strategic partnerships and operational frameworks that connect talent with opportunity.

A Harvard graduate, my methodology is deeply informed by my previous tenure on the Career & Life Design team at Brown University, where I advised alumni through complex professional transitions and life redesign. I am formally trained in Stanford’s Life Design methodologies and regularly facilitate high-impact workshops and strategic conversations focused on risk mitigation, exploring parallel futures, and executing intentional pivots.

Over the past decade, I have consulted in leadership development and education across the country. Throughout this work, the foundational thread has been steadying individuals through thresholds where the stakes feel high, the data is complex, and the path forward is yours to build.

Beyond the Work

Based in Minnesota, I share life with my partner and our labradoodle, Blue. Outside of the office, I am typically found reading, baking, hosting dinners for family and friends, or spending time outdoors hiking and camping.

After spending nearly a decade on the East Coast, returning to my roots in Minnesota has been a profound personal threshold of its own. Deeply curious about landscapes both local and global, travel is a foundational part of my life—with meaningful chapters ranging from the quiet wilderness of the Boundary Waters and Big Sur to the vibrant rhythms of Rome, Medellín, and Madagascar.
