You are exactly where you need to be.

I help thoughtful people navigate life's crossroads, slowing things down just enough to co-design a future that feels balanced, sustainable, and entirely your own.

In a Season of Transition

You might be here because you are standing at a threshold—even if the next step isn’t entirely clear yet.

Perhaps:

  • A role, path, or plan that once defined you no longer fits in the same way.

  • You are navigating a pivot and want to be intensely intentional about what comes next.

  • Your life looks steady on the surface, but underneath, you are quietly running out of capacity and craving a more sustainable structure.

  • You are moving toward an unfamiliar landscape and need a framework to orient yourself.

This space is designed for individuals navigating complex personal and professional milestones. If you are executing a distinct career shift, anchoring yourself in a new geographic chapter, or redefining your professional identity, you do not have to have the entire roadmap figured out to begin.

You don't need more motivation.

What you need is the structural space to step back, look objectively at the data of your life, and thoughtfully reorient how you are deploying your time, energy, and capacity.

Explore Ways of Working Together

There is no single right starting point. Some clients enter this space looking for immediate clarity on an immediate crossroads; others require sustained structural support to map out a prolonged transition or rewrite their professional narrative. About Rachel

I’m a life and career coach who works with people at transition points—moments when something no longer fits, but what comes next isn’t yet clear.

For the past decade, my work has centered on helping people navigate high-stakes decisions: choosing paths, redefining success, and making sense of uncertainty. I’ve supported students, alumni, professionals, and families through moments of change that feel both exciting and overwhelming.

My approach is thoughtful, practical, and deeply human. I’m especially interested in how people spend their energy—across work, relationships, identity, and rest—and how small, intentional shifts can restore a sense of balance and agency.

I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all answers. I believe in creating space to think clearly, ask better questions, and design lives that feel more aligned with who people actually are.
